The surroundings of the house Del Poy offer a great deal of possibilities to exercise our legs enjoying the nature.
To travel across one of the GR (big journey paths) that cross the Montseny, do one of the routes of Montnegre and the Corredor or reach the Natural Park of Sant Llorenç del Munt I l'Obac, are just some of the proposals to travel on foot or on bicycle. - In the Montseny
Two Big Journey Paths (GR) cross the park, meeting both at the municipal area of Aiguafreda. They are incredible itineraries signalled on the spot by white and red marks. The GR 5 goes from Sitges to Blanes, crossing the Garraf, Montserrat, Sant Llorenç Del Munt I l'Obac, Montseny and the Montnegre-Corredor, and crosses longitudinally the Park on its southern half. It is signalled with metallic milestones of green colour highlighted with red and white colours. The GR 2 crosses from the Joanquera to Aiguafreda and runs through the northern part of the massif.

An interesting excursion goes from Vallgorguina to Alfar. Walking on paths with holm oaks as main protagonists, the itinerary crosses the mountain range of El Corredor, within the Natural Park of Montnegre. It allows the excursionist to visit the municipality of Vallgorguina, with the baroque church of Sant Andreu, and the incredible megalith construction of the dolmen of Piedra Gentil; El Santuario del Corredor, with an incredible view over the Vallès, the Montseny and the mountain range of Montnegre; and Sant Andreu del Far, a parish church with gothic style that dates from the XVII century.

It offers to the best sportsmen the steepest summits and abrupt cuts to do incredible excursions, or practice climbing. Furthermore, in this Natural Park one can admire a fauna constituted by more than 200 species of vertebrates and several endemic species of invertebrates. One proposal is the itinerary that goes from Hortsavinyà to Vallgorguina. The first part crosses the cliff of Sant Benet, from where, going around the mountain range of Montnegre and admiring a great deal of vegetation (holm oaks, pine trees, and oaks), one gets to Bifurcación. Near the end, having passed Can Munta, one crosses a splendid pinewood and after a steep descent one gets to Vallgorguina.
